This property is low cost, it has very good staff and amenities. Good size bathroom, exceptionally comfortable bed, spacious bedroom.

Everything was very good, attentive staff, PLEASANT location very close to a nice pub called the priory, the town centre and Wellingborough. There was a large bar with good service.

Nice hot breakfast, good bed, quiet room. They made my stay wonderful. Irish bar was fab and spotless. A lovely beach, great view. Services were impeccable too. I think it was good value...
